Homeschool Open House 2025 - Exhibitor

Thank you for your interest in participating as an exhibitor at the Homeschool Community Open House! We are excited to provide an opportunity for homeschool families to connect with local resources, businesses, and organizations that support their educational journey. This event is free for attendees and is designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and beneficial for all.

Event Details:
📅 Date: Friday, June 13, 2025
📍 Location: Calvary Baptist Church, 4040 Dunn Avenue, Jacksonville, FL
⏰ Time: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
💰 Exhibitor Fee: $20. If this is not possible, please let us know in your application and accommodations may be offered.

Exhibitor Guidelines:

• Exhibitor spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once approved (in order of submission date/time.)
• Exhibitors must align with the mission of supporting homeschool families with relevant products, services, or opportunities.
• Displays should be family-friendly, welcoming, and appropriate for all ages.  
• No high-pressure sales tactics. This event is about connection and resources, not aggressive marketing.
• Setup must be completed by 10:00 AM the morning-of, and teardown should be at your discretion.
• All materials, displays, and activities must comply with venue guidelines.

Create an Engaging Table: Make your exhibit space inviting and interactive! Consider offering raffles, small giveaways, eye-catching visuals, or informative flyers. A lively, engaging table helps foster connections and contributes to the success of the event—we hope to make this a cherished annual tradition.

1. Curriculum Swap Area: Consider adding items to the curriculum swap area. Attendees can freely take and leave new or gently used materials. Feel free to explore this area for your family’s needs as well.
