Homeschool Open House 2024 - Exhibitor

 WELCOME

Thank you for your interest in the Homeschool Open House! This event will take place on Friday, June 14, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Calvary Baptist Church, located at 4040 Dunn Avenue, Jacksonville, FL 32218. The event is free and open to the public. 

We know you will enjoy the event and make several connections within the homeschool community. As we represent all homeschool families or potential families, all agents affiliated with the Homeschool Open House, including exhibitors, attendees, and volunteers will not discriminate based on race, gender, religion, national origin, or sex. REQUIREMENTS

1. Inclusivity: As representatives of the Homeschool Open House, including exhibitors, attendees, and volunteers, we uphold a commitment to treating everyone with kindness and respect. Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin, or sex is strictly prohibited. Please be kind to all persons at all times.
2. Exhibitor Fee: There is a $20 exhibitor fee, which will be used to cover childcare expenses. This allows attendees to have your undivided attention during the event. If this is not possible, please let us know in your application and accommodations will be offered.
3. Engaging Tables: Make your exhibit table engaging! Consider offering raffles, small giveaways, distributing flyers, or using visuals. Engaged guests contribute to the event’s success, and we aim to make this an annual tradition.
4. Curriculum Swap Area: Consider adding items to the curriculum swap area. Attendees can freely take and leave new or gently used materials. Feel free to explore this area for your family’s needs as well
5. Social Media Sharing: Please share the event on social media and stay connected with our Facebook page for updates.
6. Special Accommodations: If you require special accommodations (such as a tablecloth), don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to assist you!
7. No Onsite Sales: While you can showcase your product or service, no monetary transactions will occur onsite.
