All Purpose Educational Services is here for all your educational needs. Our first true love is working one on one tutoring students grades first through twelfth in English Language Arts. We also service adults who wish to obtain a GED or a degree. Career services are also a major part of APES. We have one on one resume preparation, interviewing skills, and how to obtain employment workshops. We are here to help you help yourself in becoming a better you.

Lauren Noriega is a passionate, student-centered teacher with 10 years of experience delivering educational assistance and instruction to various levels of learners. She is committed to providing students with necessary tools to achieve academic goals while instilling a love of learning. Lauren received a BA degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida in 2013. She is a certified K-6 educator licensed in the state of Florida. She has taught all subjects in grades 1-4 in both independent and public schools, and specializes in working with students with exceptionalities. Lauren left the classroom in 2022 to pursue her career as a private teacher, tutor, academic coach, and parent support advisor.

Homeschool Support Program:

Miss Lauren’s Learners provides support for your current homeschool curriculum. Miss Lauren facilitates instruction based on your child’s individual goals. We work together with your program to provide the highest quality of individualized and small group instruction. 

-PreK 4-6th grade

-Available to meet 2-3 times per week; each session is one hour

-Covers core Reading and Math instruction

-Implements plans based on your child’s needs

-Remediation, on level, or enrichment

-Progress monitoring (informal assessments) to ensure growth and success

-Each child will receive a baseline informal assessment in both Reading and Math. 

Upon reviewing results, Miss Lauren will develop a realistic plan and set goals for your child. Our approach to instruction is research-based, interactive, explicit, structured, and multisensory. 

Note: Children with unique abilities must submit any previous evaluations and/or assessments for review.

Program Information

Location: in home or public library (location must be within a 20 mile radius of Fernandina Beach Public Library)

Time: homeschool hours 8:00-2:00

Rates:

-Individual- $65 per session once weekly, $55 per session twice weekly

-Small Group (minimum of 4)- $25 per child (children must be within the same ability/level)

Chapman Education Services provides private tutoring and homeschool evaluations for homeschooling families. We specialize in grades K-6: math, reading, science, and social studies. 

For homeschool evaluations we offer consultations to ensure you are collecting the correct information. We do accept the FES-UA scholarship.
